I Heart Headphones

  1. Don’t Tell Me to Take Off My Headphones

Before the iPod, there was the CD player.  And the CD player was the music stable for any audiophile.  In high school, I was the one who had the CD player in the backpack.  The only problem was, how can I listen to my playlist during class without getting caught?  Luckily, the white earphone buds were not apart of the collection just yet.  This is how I got away with listening to music during class.

    Long hair – check.
    Black earphone buds – check.
    Hooded sweater – check.
    Concealed CD player – check.

With the hair parted, the earphone buds are placed with the wires camaflouged by the hair.  For extra concealment, place the hoodie over the head.  To make it seem like your listening, leave one earphone bud out.  But make sure the volume is on low, because there’s nothing worse than getting your CD player, or in a current situation your iPod, taken away.  So that’s it.  I spent four years listening to 90’s hits in high school instead of learning Spanish.  Oh, and still managed a B.  Who knew?
